About us

TIPDKenya Is abbreviation for Turkana Indigenous People action for Development. An organization founded in 2019 and registered in Kenya as an Indigenous People Organization  in 2023 with the department of social development. TIPDKenya has a board of directors that is 100% made of indigenous pastoral individuals who possess extensive traditional knowledge, adhere to cultural norms, and are deeply committed to the preservation of Turkana culture and ancestral lands.
